I just found the most disgusting bug I've ever seen. Seems the cat tried to kill it, or at least mortally wounded it. It was sort of a scarlet red in the front and light brown in the back. It appeared to be an arachnid of sorts, but not like anything I've ever seen. I don't want to find another one, and I certainly never want to meet one that wasn't stunned at the very least. If you have any idea what the hell this creature was, post a comment, otherwise I'm going to do some research. I should have taken a picture. *grumbles*
