(no subject)

So what do I do about a cat that pisses on the floor, no matter how often I clean the litter box, whatever litter I use, and what not? I just found another place he "marked" this morning. I don't have the time to train him and we just took him to the vet about UTI, and he is not having any problems going, or should I say he's making healthy sized puddles. I want to scream at him, even though he's a sweet cat. His brother is well behaved, uses the box, and so on. I don't want to lose him too. Grrrrrr at the bad kitty. I'm at the end of my rope.
