where is my white x-mas

so much for dreams of a white x-mas... possibly a rainy x-mas... that's life.

i think my shopping is done.

I saw my friend Melissa today... she showed up unexpected!! I was so glad to see her. We exchanged gifts and made the beginnings of plans to go out. she bought me the Brian Froud book of good and bad fairies. the art is gorgeous. if i could draw like that i would never leave the house. i would get all the lovely pictures in my head out onto paper - oh the colors - and watch out world. i guess i have to stick to words. my media is lined paper and ink, or perhaps Microsoft word... i'll have to leave the colors to my imagination or to a outfit...

hmmmm. well, i don't have much else to say. Chloe is weaned for the most part, but James has a long way to go. I'll have new pics tomorrow and i took some more with a new disposable camera, need a real camera... perhaps santa will bring me one... for his favorite little ice princess.

i'm off to the unknown.
