Medical shit for me to remember

Doctor visit one: GP.

• Checked rash on my arm - don't know what the hell it is. Got topical stuff for it. She recommended a dermatologist - yay, another doctor to prod at me!


• Tension headaches. Bleh, turn to migraines. Cure, antidepressants. I are now on Effexor XR. Effexor website suggested I keep a daily journal to keep track of progression stuff. I haven't taken any yet and they said to take it with food.


• I have not joined the bronchial club of itis people. It's in my throat. Can stuff just stay the fuck out of my throat?!@


• Weight gain. I hate you thyroid. I hate you soooooooooooooo much. You are the bane of my existence and I will chew on you when they finally take you out. Someday they will mark my word... Yes, this is a threat to you. I feel like a piglet. I need to go on a fucking diet. Or pretend I'm diabetic. I don't want to give up my sweets. It sucks I want to fling poo at people. It's not fair that only the monkeys get to do it. T_T

Things to do to day:

• Make biopsy appointment. Try not to worry about said appointment. If you're actually taking the time to read this, this is one of the reasons I've been acting funny lately. Growing nodules in my throat are not a source of calm happy things. Having a needle stuck in my throat is not a calm happy thing.


• Make dermatologist appointment. Another not happy thing. I am going to get stabbed and cut and I don't like the idea of being stabbed and cut. This is a source of stress, which does not make Sam a good person to be around.


• Start taking the Effexor.


• General house cleaning


• Find house keys, they are in the fucking house, they have to be.

Okay notes to self are written out, mild explinations made, still feeling cagey and antisocial. Must find ham bone to chew on for lack of readily availabe thyroid tissue.
